Drive cannabis sales and community engagement remotely from Ottawa as Canopy Growth’s Territory Manager, using data-driven selling and customer relationships.
This full-time remote position manages sales activities across an assigned territory. You will oversee accounts, expand distribution, execute marketing initiatives, and educate retail stakeholders. The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and requires independent field execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee territory accounts and strengthen key customer partnerships
Build brand awareness and community engagement across Ottawa
Identify distribution opportunities and grow profitable market share
Lead industry and brand education for retail stakeholders
Maintain accurate account records and administrative data
Requirements:
Five-plus years in sales, account management, category management, or trade marketing
Proven success meeting sales quotas and execution KPIs
Experience working independently in remote field sales
Comfort navigating data-driven environments and CRM systems
Clean driver’s abstract and willingness to travel
