Build practical legal support for XTM Group’s commercial operations through contract management, risk review, and stakeholder communication. Work hybrid, three to four office days.
As Commercial Paralegal, you will work closely with the Legal & Compliance Director and Senior Legal Counsel in the UK. You will help facilitate deal execution while protecting commercial interests and mitigating legal risks. The position also contributes to stronger legal workflows, documentation, privacy practices, and cross-functional support.
Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate contract review and negotiation with internal stakeholders
Assist with RFPs, RFIs, and customer contract questions
Interpret contractual rights, obligations, and potential risks
Improve legal processes, workflows, and documentation
Provide daily support across business departments
Requirements:

Commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation experience
Experience with NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and Order Forms
Relevant legal qualification or training preferred
Proactive approach to practical legal problem-solving
Strong attention to detail and competing-priority management
Strengthen XTM Group’s legal operations with contract expertise, organisation, communication, and practical problem-solving ability.
