Lead retail execution with JYSK as an Assistant Manager, using strong leadership and customer service skills across changing priorities. Flexible shifts include evenings and weekends.
As Assistant Manager, you will support the store management team by modeling company values and customer promises. You will coach colleagues, provide high quality instruction, and help implement sales and merchandising plans. The role also focuses on engaged team culture, stock management, pricing, loss prevention, and department results.
Key Responsibilities:
Model company values and customer promises throughout the store
Coach colleagues and provide high quality instruction
Assist with sales and merchandising plan implementation
Support loss prevention strategies and investigations
Manage stock, pricing, and department sales goals
Requirements:
Strong leadership skills and positive personality
Two years of retail management and customer service experience
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and changing priorities
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to lift, push, pull, carry, and climb
Bring retail leadership, merchandising, loss prevention, and customer service expertise to JYSK’s Assistant Manager team.
