Mobile Auto Insurance Advisor

Provide ICBC and private auto coverage as a Mobile Auto Insurance Advisor serving HUB’s Richmond, BC office and dealership locations.
HUB seeks client-focused Insurance Advisors for its Community Branch Network Division. You will serve customers at Richmond Auto Mall dealerships and in the office, building relationships through professional service. The position includes sales production, documentation control, regulatory compliance, and ongoing development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide ICBC and private auto coverage
Assist customers at counters and answer telephones
Handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically
Maintain production budgets for Autoplan and private auto sales
Control ICBC inventory and documentation
Requirements:
Level 1 General Insurance License
At least six months of insurance experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
Customer service and sales initiative
Use your insurance experience, client service, and auto coverage knowledge to support HUB customers throughout Richmond’s dealership network.
