Coach and develop the clothing department team continually
Build and manage daily department sales plans
Create development plans for full-time staff
Provide constructive feedback and ongoing performance support

Requirements:
Minimum two years in a retail environment
Supervisory-level retail experience preferred
Customer-focused mindset supporting sales execution
Proven business growth and customer service record
Interest in sports or sporting goods considered an asset
Use clothing merchandising, sales planning, and coaching skills to lead Sport Chek’s department team and customer experience.
