Hotel Conference and Groups Manager

Coordinate hotel groups at AC Hotel Old Montreal using event operations and bilingual French and English communication. Work onsite in Old Montreal.
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Conference Manager oversees group operations from contract signature through client departure. The position coordinates reservations, deposits, event documentation, rooming lists, departmental communication, arrivals, stays, and post-stay closure. Marriott systems knowledge is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Create groups in PMS, MARSHA, and Delphi systems
Track deposits, proformas, payments, and finance coordination
Produce BEOs and distribute Group Resumes on time
Coordinate departments, meetings, arrivals, and stay requests
Verify billing, close files, and attribute Bonvoy points
Requirements:
Strong organization and rigor in operational coordination
Ability to manage multiple group files simultaneously
Excellent communication skills across hotel departments
Bilingual French and English communication
Marriott systems knowledge considered an asset
