The role suits a Junior or Intermediate professional with one to five years of property claims experience. You will maintain prompt claimant contact, investigate causes, assess damages with supplied technology, recommend reserves, and negotiate satisfactory settlements. You will also provide client service and timely opportunity follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up promptly with policyholders and claimants
Assess damage quantum using supplied technology
Identify exposures and recommend required investigations
Prepare action plans and negotiate satisfactory settlements
Follow established standards, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Microsoft Office knowledge, including Word and OneDrive
C11 or C81 and C82 completion
Ongoing commitment to education and learning
Effective communication and proactive customer service approach
Use field adjusting expertise, damage assessment, and customer-focused communication to serve ClaimsPro LP clients throughout Winnipeg.
