Build commercial risk expertise with Aon as an Account Manager in Montreal, using analytics and client-service skills. Bilingual French and English required.
Aon’s Early Careers Launch Development Program supports soon-to-be and recent graduates entering Account Management. You will learn insurance concepts, risk mitigation, renewals, documentation, and client workflows through on-the-job learning. The program develops communication, organization, technology, and advisory capabilities for Commercial Risk.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate renewals, client requests, documentation, and account workflows
Assess exposures using data, analytics, and risk information
Support coverage recommendations and client-ready insights
Coordinate deliverables across clients, brokers, and service teams
Review materials for accuracy, consistency, and coverage alignment
Requirements:
Soon-to-be graduate or recent graduate
French and English bilingualism required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Develop Account Management expertise through Aon’s Commercial Risk program, supporting clients with analytics, coordination, and clear communication.
