Lead Patrol Services at Blue Mountain Resort using safety leadership and advanced skiing or snowboarding skills in a full-time seasonal schedule. Support safe mountain operations while serving guests and employees.
As Assistant Manager, Patrol Services, you will support the Manager, Patrol Services with recruitment, scheduling, coaching, and staff development. The position combines on-hill operations with risk management, training, guest service, and cross-department coordination. You will help maintain safe, efficient daily patrol operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment, scheduling, coaching, and staff development
Enforce resort safety standards and risk management practices
Coordinate and deliver First Aid, CPR, and guest service training
Build relationships with Mountain Operations and resort departments
Monitor trail standards and perform regular patrol duties
Requirements:
Current First Responder certification required
Previous resort or mountain operations ski patrol experience
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Advanced skiing or snowboarding ability and personal equipment
At least 18 years old with background check completion
Bring patrol experience, safety expertise, and coaching skills to Blue Mountain Resort’s guest-focused mountain operations team.
