This Talent Acquisition Advisor role manages a high-volume portfolio across different roles and business areas. You will research markets, engage passive candidates, and create messaging reflecting Canada Life’s culture and employer brand. You will also guide leaders through recruitment, interviewing, and selection.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop effective recruitment and sourcing strategies
Engage talent through direct outreach and sourcing channels
Maintain pipelines through ongoing relationship management
Create compelling job postings and candidate messaging
Deliver inclusive candidate and hiring leader experiences
Requirements:
Four or more years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
Ability to independently manage high-volume recruitment
Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder partnership skills
Fluent French and English required for Quebec positions
Relevant post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration
Use bilingual communication, proactive sourcing, and recruitment strategy to connect Canada Life with talent across its Canadian business areas.
