AgeCare Personal Support Worker

AgeCare seeks a Personal Support Worker to monitor resident care, document observations, and help maintain a safe, secure environment.
This Personal Support Worker position contributes to AgeCare’s communities by supporting care plans and recognizing resident needs. You will observe residents, report findings, and assist with care documentation under direction. The position also includes staff education, onboarding support, IPAC compliance, and bedside care.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor care against established resident care plans
Report observations and findings to immediate supervisors
Assist with resident care documentation as directed
Support onboarding of new staff when directed
Maintain safe and secure resident environments
Requirements:
Personal Support Worker certificate or diploma program graduate
Meet Ontario Community Support Association standards
Meet Ministry and national vocational standards
Know bedside care and simple treatment procedures
Understand sanitation and geriatric care needs
Use your Personal Support Worker education and resident-care knowledge to support AgeCare’s standards for safe, compassionate service.
