In this Small Group Underwriter role, you will support quote activity, renewal and alternative plan design costing, pool monthly renewals, and client requests. You will prepare EP3 statements, ASO reconciliations, Transfer ASO deposit calculations, reports, and proposals. The position also assists departmental functions, strategy development, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with quote activity for prospective and new business
Prepare small group pool monthly renewals
Respond to client requests and reporting requirements
Draft concise proposals and present them to Sales
Support departmental strategy and ongoing functions
Requirements:

Degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or computer science
One to three years of group insurance work experience
Business Objects knowledge is an asset
Bilingual English-French capability is an asset
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Combine organized underwriting support, proposal writing, and group benefits knowledge across GreenShield’s small group activities.
