As Merchandise Manager, you will drive truck processing, planogram sets, visual standards, and inventory routines. You will assist the Store Manager with SOP and company-program adherence while holding teams accountable for conditions and results. The work supports sales readiness, operational continuity, and accurate stock movement.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead timely truck unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow
Plan workloads and prioritize daily store tasks
Execute SISO routines and maintain replenishment accuracy
Oversee planogram sets, visual standards, and promotional signage
Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership
Requirements:

Three or more years of retail leadership experience
Ability to remain standing and move throughout the store
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 25 to 50 pounds
Ability to climb ladders or step stools
Availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings
