Account Executive (Media/TV Sales) ~$100k-200k+ OTE

We create cinematic documentary films for entrepreneurs and business leaders, then transform each one into a complete suite of marketing assets they can leverage across their brand to build trust, authority, and revenue.
As a sales closer, you'll consult directly with business owners on how a documentary feature can share their story, elevate their brand, and become a high-impact marketing asset in a powerful medium most haven't even considered.
THE IMPORTANT STUFF
You will start by making outbound calls using leads provided by the company.
You will earn access to booked inbound calls based on your sales performance.
After getting booked calls, outbound calling will still be part of the role.
2-year track record with full calendars.
Over 300 booked calls a day across 25–30 reps.
Top reps earning $20k–$30k/month.
Working with some of the biggest celebrities on the planet.
Over $20 million generated with this offer.
120+ staff and 10 years in business.
Over 200,000 booked calls in the last year.
We operate across 3 brands.
EXPECTED EARNINGS (NO B.S.)
Commission only — 10% of revenue collected
Low end: $5k–$6k/month. Mid range: $10k–$20k/month. Top performers: $20k–$30k/month
Most reps work 5–8 hours a day
Top reps also build a recurring book of business — some earn $10k–$15k/month from their book alone after about a year
We invest heavily in training, but not everyone makes it — roughly 50% of reps are removed after 30 days. The ones who make it past 30 days do well
THE ROLE
No sleazy or high-pressure tactics — ethical selling only. All calls are audited
Take 16x 30-minute Zoom calls per day
Sell $10k–$100k TV media packages to small businesses
After training, calls are inbound and booked on your calendar via Typeform application
Attend every call on time, camera on, fully professional
Must be comfortable with tech: sending SMS, completing reports, updating CRM after each call
Attend daily morning training
100% remote — work from anywhere with a professional home Zoom setup
