As a Mortgage Specialist, you will promote Manulife One, Manulife Bank Select, and associated lending solutions. You will build a consumer client base, collaborate with financial advisors, and help clients understand financial options. The assigned regions include Ottawa, Kingston, Barrie, Sudbury, and North Bay.

Conduct needs-focused conversations with prospective clients
Promote Manulife Bank lending and deposit solutions
Collaborate with financial advisors across the territory
Ensure flawless delivery and appropriate servicing handoffs
Provide field feedback on products and services
Requirements:

Proven consultative sales capability and strong closing skills
Solid residential mortgage underwriting experience
Three to five years underwriting experience
High energy, self-motivation, and positive attitude
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Use mortgage expertise, client needs analysis, and advisor relationships to grow Manulife Bank lending solutions across Ontario.
