Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed estimates for heavy civil and infrastructure projects
• Develop comprehensive quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns
• Review drawings and specifications for project scope
• Engage in bid strategy discussions with project managers
• Assist with value engineering and cost comparison exercises
Requirements:
• 3–7 years of estimating experience in related fields
• Diploma or degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license for site visits
