Restaurant Operations Manager Winnipeg

Restaurant operations leadership at Dspot Desserts requires organization and accuracy in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This is full-time, on-site work.
The Restaurant Manager plans and organizes daily operations for Dspot Desserts. The position evaluates operations, monitors staff performance, and determines services offered. It also establishes operational procedures, supports health and safety compliance, and negotiates supplier arrangements for food and other supplies.

Requirements:

College or CEGEP education
One year to less than two years of experience
Accurate and organized work approach
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions
Manage Dspot Desserts operations in Winnipeg through accurate planning, staff monitoring, supplier negotiation, and safety compliance.
