Webber, part of Ferrovial Construction, needs an operator to maintain contracted infrastructure assets under field supervision. Responsibilities include repairing surfaces, controlling vegetation, maintaining drainage features, and supporting winter operations. Candidates should understand safety procedures, communicate in English, and use hand, power, and mobile equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain roadways, medians, slopes, berms, culverts, and drains
Control vegetation appearance and growth along rights-of-way
Repair striping and replace reflectors, litter, and debris
Respond during emergency rotations, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Follow assigned procedures and complete other duties as required
Requirements:

Valid Ontario Class DZ license with acceptable driving record
High school diploma or equivalent education
Related construction, maintenance, repair, or landscaping experience preferred
Skill using hand tools, power tools, and mobile equipment
Ability to recognize hazards and wear required personal protective equipment
Use your road maintenance, mobile equipment, and hazard awareness skills to support Webber’s Ontario infrastructure contracts year-round.
