Federated Insurance Client Support Associate

Federated Insurance is seeking a Client Service Associate with exceptional communication skills to support clients and commercial insurance operations.
As a Client Service Associate, you will assist a Commercial Insurance Specialist with the daily running of a book of business. You will provide excellent customer service while managing high volumes of requests in a timely, accurate manner. Assist the Commercial Insurance Specialist with daily operations

Requirements:

College or university post-secondary education
Two years of front-line customer service experience
