This Team Manager position oversees Technical Affairs and the Insurance Information Centre for a national property and casualty insurance association. You will work with government bodies, media organizations, insurance companies, consumers, members, and industry partners. Your expertise will strengthen information quality, educational programming, and support during major loss events.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert insurance guidance to members, the public, and partners
Standardize and simplify technical insurance information for Quebec audiences
Develop guides, tools, and educational content about insurance issues
Participate in major loss and crisis response operations
Ensure efficient Information Centre operations and continuity
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of broad Quebec property and casualty experience
Fluency in both French and English
Knowledge of Quebec home and automobile policy forms
Understanding of home, liability, commercial, and automobile insurance
Excellent communication, presentation, training, and spokesperson skills
