Corporate Communications Manager Mars Finance

Lead corporate communications for Mars Snacking Finance, connecting leadership and Associates through clear messaging, storytelling, and multiple channels. The position supports North America.
This Internal Communications Manager role develops communication strategies aligned with business objectives and Mars’ Canadian agenda. You will partner with Leadership Team members, Internal Communications, Inclusion and Diversity, and People & Organization teams. Your work will foster two-way communication, engagement, and understanding of company vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leaders on North American Associate communications
Co-create Mars Wrigley business communications and engagement strategy
Coordinate Town Halls, Periodic Meetings, and seasonal webcasts
Ensure messages remain consistent and timely across audiences
Measure and evaluate internal communications initiative impact
Requirements:
Five-plus years in corporate internal communications
Degree or equivalent in Business or Communications preferred
Ability to work across management levels and personalities
Organizational agility and strong professional composure
Understanding of two-way, pull, and push communication channels
Use leadership partnership, strategic communications, and evaluation skills to strengthen Mars Snacking Finance communications across North America.
