The Sourcing Manager supports electronic trading, connectivity, legal advisory, and managed service categories. This position evaluates supplier performance, negotiates trading agreements, manages law firm fee arrangements, and supports panel reviews. It collaborates with Front Office, Electronic Trading, Infrastructure, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, and Technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Support sourcing initiatives for trading technology and connectivity
Negotiate agreements with trading service providers
Evaluate supplier performance and service-level commitments
Negotiate law firm rates, fees, and engagement terms
Drive outside counsel cost optimization initiatives
Requirements:

Understanding of commercial contracting principles
Knowledge of contract lifecycle management
Ability to assess legal, commercial, and operational risks
Experience with benchmarking and spend analysis
Ability to collaborate across business and control functions
Use sourcing, contracting, and stakeholder management expertise across Société Générale's Trading Services and Legal Services categories.
