Automotive Service Parts Operations Manager

Oversee automotive Service and Parts departments through strong leadership, warranty knowledge, inventory management, and customer satisfaction performance.
As Fixed Operations Manager, you provide strategic direction for Service and Parts while reporting to the General Manager. The position manages departmental objectives, profitability, budgets, compliance, and team performance. You will support repair quality, warranty accuracy, parts controls, and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop departmental objectives with dealership leadership
Coach teams and foster high-performance departmental cultures
Enforce manufacturer warranty conditions and policies
Monitor repair quality and reduce service comebacks
Reconcile inventory and report to Accounting
Requirements:
Two to four years of Fixed Operations experience
Knowledge of vehicle operation, repair, and maintenance
Ability to maintain strong CSI performance
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Legal entitlement to work in Canada
Bring disciplined dealership leadership, warranty oversight, and parts accountability to Dilawri's Fixed Operations management team.
