Analyze supply chain data with Excel and Power BI as a hybrid intern in Mississauga, Ontario. Help improve customer service decisions.
As a Customer Supply Chain Intern at Stanley Black & Decker, you will contribute to reporting, forecasting, and order analysis. The position supports key retail customer activities, including inventory tracking, point-of-sale trends, promotional timing, and service metrics. You will monitor forecast consumption, flag supply-demand gaps, and help make team processes faster and more accurate. A defined project gives you the opportunity to present findings to team members and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor forecast consumption and flag supply-demand gaps
Track retail customer inventory and promotional timing
Report unit fill rate and on-time delivery metrics
Analyze order data for cost-saving opportunities
Present defined project results to leadership
Requirements:
Supply chain, business, operations, engineering, or related studies
Currently enrolled or recently graduated from college or university
Initiative, results orientation, and proven leadership
Clear written and verbal communication abilities
Strong Excel skills with analytical problem-solving ability
Develop practical supply chain analytics experience through forecasting, reporting, Excel, Power BI, and customer-focused projects.
