Support patients and pharmacy operations at Hims & Hers through accurate service, insurance administration, order investigations, and delivery resolution.
As a Pharmacy Support and Operations Associate, you will report to the Pharmacy Manager and support patients and partner organizations. You will recognize and escalate clinical queries, apply conversation attributes, and help maintain safe, efficient pharmacy service. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer pharmacy support inquiries with timely, accurate, compassionate service
Recognize clinical queries and escalate them appropriately
Gather order information for pharmacy investigations
Support insurance processing and billing administration
Pack orders and organize warehouse areas
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent and age 18 or older
At least one year of customer-facing experience
English and French proficiency, verbal and written
Strong accuracy, documentation, and time management skills
Pharmacy or healthcare experience is an asset
Bring patient service, pharmacy administration, and operational accuracy to Hims & Hers while supporting safe care delivery.
