Within Individual Insurance, you will support the Client System Exit initiative and define a cohesive data architecture vision. You will align MDM, Golden Record, Salesforce, and modern data platforms while guiding reusable capabilities. The position calls for cross-functional leadership across complex transformation work.
Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end data architecture vision and translate requirements into solutions
Align platforms, ecosystems, and reusable cross-functional data capabilities
Govern architecture decisions, traceability, and technical documentation
Protect solution integrity across design and delivery considerations
Lead architects, analysts, developers, vendors, and business partners
Requirements:

Extensive expertise in data architecture and listed technologies
Snowflake, Databricks, Azure SQL, ADF, SQL, and Python knowledge
Data modelling, APIs, governance, and data quality expertise
Twelve years information technology experience, including seven architecture years
Advanced French and English communication proficiency
