Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission, values, and business goals.
Lead, coach, and support leaders, establishing clear expectations and accountability for operational, financial, and service outcomes.
Monitor regional performance, and guide locations in developing and implementing improvement plans.
Oversee budgets, review financial results, and support effective expense management and resource allocation.
Promote consistent standards, share best practices, and assist with resolution of escalated concerns.
Ensure locations comply with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies, addressing gaps through timely corrective action.
Conduct regular site visits.
Qualifications
Proven ability to lead and develop site managers.
Experience leading change, resolving complex operational challenges, and balancing competing priorities.
Excellent communication, relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
A collaborative, hands‑on leadership style with a commitment to quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
