This senior role focuses on developing predictive models, recommendation engines, and personalization systems. You will address customer lifetime value, lead scoring, conversion optimization, and financial product recommendations. Collaboration spans Data Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead development, deployment, and optimization of machine learning models
Build recommendation and ranking systems for financial products
Translate model outputs into actionable business insights
Use Databricks and MLflow for production workflows
Establish standards for monitoring, retraining, and reproducibility
Requirements:
At least five years of Data Science experience
Extensive hands-on Databricks and MLflow experience
Advanced Python, SQL, and machine learning framework proficiency
Understanding of supervised learning, ranking, and model evaluation
Experience deploying scalable batch or real-time inference systems
Lead applied machine learning initiatives using Databricks, predictive modeling, and experimentation to deliver measurable commercial improvements.
