Build customer-facing AI platform services in Python with Cloudbeds, working completely remotely on reliable production systems and agentic workflows.
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Core AI Squad, you will build production AI capabilities across Cloudbeds products. The work includes Python services, agent runtimes, workflow orchestration, evaluation, and observability. You will integrate with PHP and Java systems while addressing reliability, latency, scalability, cost, and model quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and operate customer-facing AI platform services
Build agent runtimes, workflows, tools, state, and recovery paths
Integrate LLM workflows into reliable production systems
Evaluate models and providers for product use cases
Own tracing, observability, and quality feedback loops
Requirements:

Five or more years building production software systems
Strong production Python experience with APIs and testing
Experience with agentic systems or LLM-powered workflows
Familiarity with LangChain, LangSmith, LangGraph, or similar
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or distributed systems
Apply senior Python engineering expertise to Cloudbeds AI platforms, agentic workflows, evaluation, and observable customer experiences.
