As a Modern Infrastructure Customer Solutions Architect, you will connect customer goals with datacenter, cloud, networking, and security requirements. Your work supports modernization across legacy infrastructure, public cloud, data, and AI workloads. You will engage decision makers and mobilize stakeholders around critical deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess customer needs and advance infrastructure modernization opportunities
Maintain account and market penetration plans for assigned accounts
Collaborate with sales teams to acquire targeted-account opportunities
Engage pre-sales and internal support for end-to-end service
Drive Managed and Professional Services diversification and sales
Requirements:

Extensive experience connecting business initiatives with technology requirements
Proven sales success across compute, storage, and networking
In-depth knowledge of Cisco product lines and solutions
