Senior Privacy Product Counsel

Shape privacy guidance for lululemon’s digital products with strong legal analysis and stakeholder communication. This hybrid role requires onsite work at least four days weekly.
As Senior Privacy Counsel, you provide privacy product counsel to Technology, Digital, Asset Protection, and other partners. You translate complex legislation into clear business guidance while supporting new features and offers. The role also addresses vendor relationships, risk assessments, and privacy compliance execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise product teams on privacy implications of new features
Analyze legal issues and develop practical solutions
Assess risks across critical business initiatives
Guide vendor relationships and cross-functional input
Support compliance tracking, reporting, and program maturity
Requirements:

Seven-plus years of privacy legal experience
Strong knowledge of digital technologies and information security
Understanding of global privacy and marketing compliance laws
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
CIPP or CIPM certification preferred
Use privacy product counsel, digital technology knowledge, and business judgment to support lululemon’s evolving global initiatives.
