This Civil Engineer/Civil Project Manager supports Dillon’s Linear Municipal Infrastructure team. The senior position requires municipal infrastructure knowledge, multidisciplinary coordination, and professional engineering credentials. You will contribute to water, sewer, stormwater, and roadway projects while supporting clients, agencies, utilities, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multidisciplinary engineering design projects and project teams
Contribute to functional, detailed design, and construction administration
Coordinate project scope, schedules, finances, quality, and risks
Interact with clients, agencies, utilities, and stakeholders
Support proposals, client relationships, and sustainable business development
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in civil engineering
Professional engineering license or eligibility to register
Five-plus years in municipal infrastructure consulting or related fields
Proven project management and business development capabilities
Strong communication, proposal writing, and multidisciplinary coordination skills
Bring municipal infrastructure, project leadership, and communication expertise to Dillon’s civil engineering team in Winnipeg or Brandon.
