Senior Major Projects Manager

Lead complex major projects from planning through closeout, overseeing scope, budgets, risks, and delivery requirements at the senior level.
The Senior Project Manager, Major Projects oversees projects valued at $20 million to $100+ million. This high-complexity role supervises project management team members and supports recruitment, performance, and development. Delivery follows BGIS processes and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee end-to-end major project delivery
Manage scope, schedule, finances, reporting, risk, and procurement
Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop project team members
Chair meetings and coordinate multiple concerned parties
Ensure on-time, compliant delivery within scope and budget
Requirements:
More than 10 years of professional experience
More than 5 years of project management experience
Experience managing budgets greater than $30 million
Knowledge of project delivery models and contract law
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
