Distribution Center Productivity Manager
RONA
Lead distribution productivity at RONA through analytical improvement initiatives, with a hybrid schedule based in Boucherville, Quebec, and French proficiency required.
As Manager, DC Productivity – East, you will guide initiatives across RONA’s distribution network. You will partner with Distribution Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to improve productivity, inventory flow, process efficiency, and business benefits. The role combines operational knowledge with cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the distribution center productivity portfolio and establish priorities
Develop business cases and recommend efficiency and service improvements
Monitor metrics, risks, timelines, dependencies, and realized benefits
Optimize inventory flow, processes, operating standards, and system adoption
Lead, develop, and engage productivity specialists
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, or business
Seven or more years in distribution, logistics, or continuous improvement
Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives
Knowledge of distribution center operations and WMS environments
French proficiency and strong analytical communication abilities
Shape measurable distribution improvements at RONA through productivity leadership, process optimization, stakeholder management, and benefits realization.
