Customer Education Implementation Manager

Own Graphing onboarding at BioRender remotely from Canada or the United States, using implementation expertise and clear technical training.
As Customer Education Manager, Implementation, you will lead customer-facing programs for BioRender’s new Graphing product. You will support launches, migrations, activation, and change management while scaling onboarding across full-serve accounts. The role requires SaaS implementation experience, scientific or data analysis knowledge, and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Own tiered post-sales support for new Graphing accounts
Guide customers from contract close through meaningful activation
Lead migrations from other graphing tools
Customize templates and create setup assets
Build standardized resources for CSMs
Requirements:

Three or more years in customer-facing SaaS implementation
Experience with Prism, R, Python, SPSS, or life sciences
Track record owning complex launches or onboarding programs
Ability to explain technical features clearly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bring implementation leadership, scientific understanding, and customer education expertise to BioRender’s Graphing launch experience.
