Mobile Maintenance Supervisor Red Chris

Lead onsite mobile maintenance at Red Chris Mine using safety leadership and equipment reliability expertise. Work a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off rotational schedule.
Newmont seeks a Supervisor Mobile Maintenance to lead safe, reliable open-pit production equipment maintenance. The position requires supervisory experience, Heavy Duty Equipment Technician Red Seal certification, and a BC Mine Supervisor Certificate. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, repairs, planning, scheduling, and critical controls. Experience with SAP, MineMAGE, Cat MineStar, Forwood, and CHESS supports success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead pre-shift safety meetings and communicate operational priorities
Coach teams through field engagement and safe-work verification
Coordinate repairs, component replacements, planning, and scheduling
Complete hazard investigations and corrective action management
Conduct Critical Control Verifications using Forwood
Requirements:
Three to five years supervisory open-pit maintenance experience
Heavy Duty Equipment Technician Red Seal certification
BC Mine Supervisor Certificate
Experience supervising large-scale mining equipment repairs
Knowledge of SAP or similar CMMS systems
