Bilingual Integration Management Lead

Guide Alliance Nav’s post-merger integration with bilingual stakeholder coordination, risk reporting, and disciplined follow-through. Work across departments while supporting Quebec City teams day to day.
As Integration Management Office Lead, you will help bring teams, processes, and systems together across eight workstreams. Your focus will be maintaining momentum, identifying risks, resolving issues between teams, and ensuring commitments are completed. You will communicate with field teams, founders, senior leadership, steering committee members, and the board.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate named leads across eight integration workstreams
Conduct weekly check-ins and bi-weekly steering committees
Track commitments and address slippage promptly
Resolve conflicts between workstreams and escalate decisions
Report integration risks, progress, and delivered value
Requirements:
Fully bilingual English and French communication skills
Experience leading post-merger integration or programs
Practical understanding across finance, operations, HR, and IT
Strong organization and reliable follow-through
Credibility with senior leaders and field staff
