As AI Transformation Program Manager, you will guide initiatives across development, services, and reseller businesses. The player-coach role balances strategy, change, and governance with prototyping and production work. You will partner with sales, services leaders, engineers, and business unit heads to create measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:

Build the AI transformation roadmap across business units
Define business cases, metrics, policies, and vendor standards
Lead steering groups, champions, adoption, and blocker removal
Build pilots using LLM APIs, agents, and MCP integrations
Take successful pilots into production and measure impact
Requirements:

10+ years in software, engineering, or technology leadership
3+ years leading AI, automation, or digital transformation
Built enterprise agents, RAG pipelines, or MCP integrations
Architecture depth for build-or-buy and vendor decisions
Professional English; French is a strong asset
