As Director, Performance & Innovation, you will establish how Health Products performance is measured, understood, and managed. You will connect customer, financial, operational, and strategic measures across the portfolio. The role also advances accountability, decision-making, analytical capabilities, and innovation adoption.
Key Responsibilities:

Define portfolio-wide product performance management frameworks
Establish scorecards and trend reporting across key metrics
Lead recurring portfolio performance reviews for senior leaders
Identify performance gaps and mobilize improvement initiatives
Build trusted data foundations and self-service analytical tools
Requirements:

10+ years in performance management or related disciplines
Experience in group benefits or health insurance preferred
Strong analytical acumen connecting customer and financial measures
Ability to translate analysis into senior-level decisions
Strong leadership and influencing skills within matrix organizations
