Shape internal communications remotely at Allstate through strategic counsel, storytelling, and communication planning for customer-facing stakeholders across Canada. Your work supports business objectives.
As an Employee Communications Consultant, you will develop solutions for Human Resources, Law & Regulation, and Risk teams. You will advise stakeholders and senior executives while creating presentations, speaking notes, video scripts, and articles. The work combines consultation, writing, measurement, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop communication strategies supporting Human Resources, Law & Regulation, and Risk
Advise stakeholders and senior executives on communications
Create presentations, speaking notes, video scripts, and articles
Collaborate on special and business-as-usual internal communications projects
Measure communications effectiveness and report data-driven recommendations
Requirements:
Advanced storytelling and strong oral and written communication skills
Experience writing for executives and senior management
Technology communication experience for technical and non-technical audiences
Project management, communication planning, metrics, and reporting knowledge
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and industry-standard tools
Bring strategic counsel, executive writing, storytelling, and measurement skills to Allstate’s remote employee communications team across Canada.
