Marketplace Growth Strategy Manager

Drive two-sided marketplace growth at AMA through acquisition strategies, partnership development, and data-informed engagement across Alberta. This strategic role follows a hybrid work model.
As Manager, Community Platform Growth, you will lead growth initiatives for AMA’s Services Marketplace and Product Marketplace. You will work with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and other teams to strengthen member experiences. Your focus includes provider and seller recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and measurable marketplace results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop recruitment strategies for Alberta service providers
Build provider and seller pipelines through campaigns and partnerships
Manage onboarding requirements, profiles, orientation, and entry standards
Monitor conversion rates and time-to-active metrics
Report acquisition performance and recommend strategic adjustments
Requirements:
Understanding of two-sided marketplaces and supply participation
Strategic growth leadership experience
Ability to interpret funnel and pipeline data
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfort with digital tools, automation, and AI-assisted workflows
Lead AMA marketplace acquisition, onboarding, partnerships, and analytics while scaling trusted provider, seller, and consumer connections.
