Immigration Lawyer Hybrid Practice

Advise clients on immigration law in a hybrid Immigration Lawyer position requiring legal judgment, Spanish, and provincial law society membership.
This permanent, full-time position requires five years or more of experience. You will advise clients, prepare legal documents, represent the corporation or employer, and manage legal practice functions. Work is completed both in person and remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients about legal rights and immigration matters
Draw up legal documents and legal opinions
Represent employer interests in business legal matters
Research precedents and gather supporting evidence
Supervise legal and support staff, including articling students
Requirements:
Five years or more of experience
Membership in a provincial or territorial law society
Spanish language ability
Accuracy, organization, initiative, and sound judgment
Authorization to work in Canada
