Regional Maintenance Operations Manager
Baptist Housing Seniors Living
Lead maintenance operations for Baptist Housing across British Columbia, applying facilities expertise and strategic leadership from Greater Vancouver, Victoria, or Kelowna.
As Regional Manager, Maintenance, you will guide building operations across Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Seniors Rental Housing communities. You will advance maintenance excellence, capital planning, sustainability, and safe building performance. The role requires relationship-building with teams, partners, and stakeholders while supporting operational standardization across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead maintenance operations across multiple communities and buildings
Conduct building assessments and recommend capital repairs
Lead large-scale capital projects across the portfolio
Manage vendors, contracts, budgets, and procurement
Ensure WorkSafeBC compliance and contractor safety
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in engineering technology or related field
Red Seal trades certification, preferably multi-trade
Five to seven years leading multi-building maintenance operations
Experience managing budgets up to one million dollars
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and maintenance systems
Bring strategic facilities leadership, capital planning, sustainability expertise, and maintenance excellence to Baptist Housing communities.
