Supply Chain Manager Manufacturing

Lead end-to-end supply chain operations for an MSO manufacturing site, focusing on purchasing, inventory management, and uninterrupted product flow.
As Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee materials from raw inputs through production while managing and developing the purchasing team. You will partner with finance and operations on production floor planning, maximizing machine utilization and absorption while maintaining appropriate inventory. The role owns ERP system design for supply planning, floor management, and inventory controls. You will also provide manufacturing metrics and address performance shifts.
Key Responsibilities:

Own ERP design for planning and inventory controls
Provide manufacturing metrics and address performance shifts
Drive cost savings and supplier resourcing initiatives
Requirements:
Experience managing purchasing and inventory teams
Knowledge of ERP supply planning systems
Ability to analyze manufacturing performance metrics
Capability to develop material control procedures
Strength in supplier relationship management
Support manufacturing continuity and profitability through purchasing leadership, ERP expertise, inventory controls, and supplier collaboration.
