Senior Data Audit Readiness Manager

Own data audit readiness at Payward through program management, governance, and coordination with internal and external audit stakeholders. This individual contributor role supports reliable, well-governed data infrastructure and reporting.
As Senior Technical Program Manager, you will coordinate audits across Data, Risk, Security, Finance, Compliance, and external auditors. You will maintain inventories, playbooks, catalogs, and access processes. The work turns audit requests into documented, repeatable responses and continuous readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as Data’s program management layer during audit engagements
Maintain audit tests, expected requests, and response playbooks
Catalog audit-scoped data sources, issues, and readiness status
Implement tagging and governance processes with Data Governance
Manage auditor data access roles for fit-for-purpose access
Requirements:
Seven or more years in program management, audit coordination, or data governance
Experience with SOC, SOX, IT general controls, or regulatory frameworks
Experience liaising with technical teams, auditors, Risk, or Compliance
Strong organizational skills building recurring-process inventories and documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bring audit coordination, data governance, and access management expertise to strengthen Payward’s continuous readiness across critical data systems.
