As a Senior Java Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy production backend solutions for Tecsys's Elite supply chain software. You will apply microservices architecture, RESTful services, testing frameworks, and AI tools while contributing to technical direction. The position combines hands-on development, mentoring, collaboration, and operational stability across complex distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy Java Spring Boot backend solutions
Conduct code reviews and mentor other developers

Requirements:

Seven-plus years building Java backend systems in production
Deep object-oriented design and microservices architecture knowledge
Strong Spring Boot, Java 11+, JUnit, and Mockito experience
Experience with RDBMS, preferably PostgreSQL, and NoSQL familiarity
Computer Science degree and fluent written, spoken English
