Coach franchise teams through Five Guys brand standards, operational excellence, and relationship building across an assigned restaurant network. Travel is required.
The Franchise Business Manager provides critical assistance to franchisees and their teams, helping operators strengthen performance and recognize successes. You will work with approximately 40 to 60 franchise-owned locations, delivering hands-on development and clear communication. Success requires restaurant operations expertise, business management knowledge, financial understanding, and commitment to the REAL Core Convictions.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with franchise owners and restaurant leaders
Teach and demonstrate Five Guys operational knowledge
Provide coaching and developmental opportunities in assigned locations
Communicate accurately and promptly with franchise stakeholders
Champion humility, integrity, excellence, and leading by example
Requirements:

Five or more years of related experience
Multi-unit environment experience with restaurant operations required
Solid understanding of financial analysis and documents
Knowledge of franchise, development, lease, and related documents
Four-year college degree preferred
Support Five Guys franchise performance with hands-on coaching, operational expertise, clear communication, and REAL leadership principles.
