As E-commerce Product & Fulfillment Lead, you will work with Sales to assess vendors, product categories, markets, and business models. You will identify operational requirements, coordinate subject matter experts, and guide opportunities from evaluation through launch. This hands-on work supports new physical products without serving as traditional software product management.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess whether new product types can operate through Digistore24
Coordinate feasibility reviews with internal subject matter experts
Drive opportunities through go or no-go decisions and implementation
Identify dependencies, risks, bottlenecks, and recurring operational limitations
Recommend scalable solutions for additional vendors and markets
Requirements:

Three to five years in e-commerce, product, or commercial operations
Experience coordinating projects across teams or external partners
Ability to evaluate operational challenges and practical solutions
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Structured approach with careful attention to detail
Use analytical judgment and cross-functional coordination to help Digistore24 launch scalable physical product opportunities internationally.
