As Regional Fixed Operations Manager, you will oversee multiple Service and Parts departments across the organization. The work combines profit management, customer experience, warranty platforms, parts operations, and talent management. Your responsibilities include strengthening performance, compliance, and wholesale relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple Service and Parts departments
Examine financial statements, expenses, and revenue
Develop customer service training and talent management
Maintain warranty platforms and OEM policies
Manage inventory, orders, receipts, and invoicing
Requirements:
Minimum five years progressive automotive management experience
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
G Driver's license and clean driver's abstract
Strong understanding of automotive parts
Willingness to travel regularly and work flexibly
