Coordinate domestic and international project shipments using INCOTERMS and import/export compliance knowledge at Fluor. Support capital projects with organized logistics execution.
As a Senior Project Logistics Specialist, you will handle project material with guidance from Purchasing Management. The work includes transportation planning, customs processes, supplier performance monitoring, and logistics support. You will collaborate with Material Management, Quality, Engineering, Construction, and project data teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop transportation plans covering ocean, air, and land modes
Coordinate domestic and international shipments
Monitor supplier deliverables against contract terms and conditions
Maintain logistics files, tracking data, reports, and project documents
Support bid clarification and supplier schedule recovery meetings
Requirements:

Four year degree and five years related experience
Seven years combined education and directly related experience if non-degreed
Knowledge of INCOTERMS and import/export compliance
Ability to use supply chain and logistics software
Effective communication with management, clients, vendors, and contractors
Apply project logistics, shipment coordination, supplier oversight, and compliance knowledge to capital projects with Fluor.
